Architect. Graduated from the Middle East Technical University (M.E.T.U.), Faculty of Architecture, Department of Architecture, Ankara, Turkey (B.Arch. 2000). Received her M.Arch Degree, with the topic " Re-framing Architecture: METU Faculty of Architecture and its Photographic Reproduction”, in 2001, at the M.E.T.U. Received her Ph.D. Degree in 2008, at the same department with the topic “Re-thinking the Limits of Architecture through the Avant-Garde Formations during the 1960s: Projections and Receptions in the Context of Turkey”. Teaching as an Assistant Professor at Dokuz Eylul University, Izmir, Turkey. Her fields of interest include architectural photography, architectural representation, modernity and modern architecture, avant-garde formations in architecture during the 20th century.
